Kelsi’s experience in project design and construction management spans academic; civic and health care facilities; park and recreation spaces; streetscapes and urban design.
She advocates for the integration of sustainable interventions within each project by calling attention to energy harvesting, LID / stormwater management, and microclimatic design opportunities.

With the understanding that design brings people together, Julian emphasizes the ‘why’ and ‘how’ throughout the design process. He is skilled at distilling complex ideas and the needs of a group into design solutions.
Julian brings his experience in project design and construction management in dense urban settings; streetscape interfaces; residential and commercial amenity spaces and plaza design. He recognizes the invaluable role collaboration plays between the project team in completing projects on time and budget.
His focus is to continually strengthen the connection with his community and environment through implementing sustainable social and environmental initiatives in design.

Alisha’s design approach centers on reconnecting people with nature in the fabric of everyday urban life. She envisions landscapes as restorative frameworks—integrated systems that support both ecological function and human well-being.
Her process blends natural systems with the built environment to foster spaces that are both functional and healing. Grounded in principles of sustainability, she incorporates native planting, low-impact development (LID) strategies, and ecologically sensitive design to create environments that are engaging, resilient, and enduring.
Guided by a strong sense of ecological responsibility, Alisha’s work is deeply informed by local context, climate, and culture—resulting in landscapes that feel authentic, adaptive, and rooted in place.
Feiyuan Lin, BLA MLA

Feiyuan’s approach fouces on strengthening people’s connection with their environment and social identities through bring emotion and interaction. She approaches landscapes as living narratives where ecological processes, site memory and human experience meet.
Her process draws inspiration from the natural and cultural stories embedded in each sites, seeking to amplify and translate them into meaningful and functional spatial experiences. Guided by a strong belief that design is both place-based and people-centered, she aims to shape responsive environments that invite exploration and evolve with their context.
In her work, she bridges the gap between storytelling and spatial design, using sketches, diagrams, and 3D models to explore unique graphic patterns that celebrate site stories and communicate design intent.
